For this entry, I've decided to focus on sports drinks! Around this time of year, people tend to get sick. With flu season here, people need to stay properly hydrated!
First, the classic Gatorade is always a good choice. It contains electrolytes, and keeps your body hydrated. Even if your not working out, Gatorade helps when you're sick! It will boost you right back up.
People can get sick of plain water when they drink so much, so trying out Vitamin Water would be a good idea. It has flavors like Acai-Blueberry, and it's packed with vitamins to keep your immune system healthy. There's also other flavored water brands like Propel, I'd recommend the grape flavor.
Lastly, there are supplements you can buy to make your own health drink! Packets like emergen-c add the deaily nutrients you need to stay healty-and they taste great!

Everyone loves a good cup of hot chocolate, and most people aren't going to go out and buy one. With store bought mixes available 24/7, they are definitely the way to go. For this entry, I'm going to tell you the best mixes to buy!
My favorite brand is probably Land O' Lakes. It comes in a wide variety of flavors: white chocolate, mint chocolate, milk or dark chocolate, etc. There is a lot of powder in the bag, so you can make a big cup or a smaller one that is extra chocolatey. I would recommend the mint chocolate!
Next, everyone knows the classic Nestle brand. It doesn't come with a lot of flavoring in the package, so you have to use 1 and a half packages if you want a nice, strong flavor. However, it is a nice, cheap way to get hot chocolate.
I would reccomend staying away from hot chocolate that comes pre-packaged with marshmallows already in it. They are typically small and stale, so you should add your own mini marshmallows. Add the marshmallows in the bottom, and then add the water so it's frothy. Also, if you want a creamy drink try using milk instead!
Today, I'm going to be blogging about a few do it yourself easy tricks!
Everyone always loves the frappes, but the prices can get high. All you need is a few ingredients, a blender and a cup! First, you'll need some mocha flavoring, ice, whipped cream, milk and chocolate drizzle! Just add mocha syrup, ice and milk into the blender. The ratios aren't specific, it depends on how strong of  a flavor you want. If you want an extra chocolate drink, add a few drops of chocolate syrup! Blend until all the ice is wet, and pour into a cup. Top with whipped cream and drizzle, and you have a mocha frappe!
If you want a hot drink, buy a specialty flavor like pumpkin spice. You can find them from anywhere like walmart to Gloria Jeans. Brew up a cup, and add in some coffee mate flavoring. They make all different flavors; they make French Vanilla to Gingerbread. I would recommend vanilla, because it adds a subtle kick to any drink.
Making your own drinks is easy, and inexpensive!
